I disabled the AVG anti-virus and set the security on this directory for Full Control.

I am trying to install webplugin.exe for Firefox on Windows 10 pro.
I disabled the AVG anti-virus and set the security on this directory for Full Control.
When I run as administrator I get the following error... Can you suggest a workaround for this problem?

I got around this by using IE instead of Firefox.
