using a Foscam cam and Amcrest Surveillance pro

I am the proud owner of a AMDV10808-S3 DVR.

I added all the Amcrest cams and they work fine. I also added a Foscam Wireless IP Camera (model FI9831W). The Foscam camera is streaming its video (using RTSP). The only thing that is not working is the PTZ function.

I also tried Amcrests web interface. Here all camera's are streaming too. But no PTZ.

If have been struggling for some hours now. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction (or just tell me this will never work).

Unfortunately Foscam models are not fully compatible with Amcrest Surveillance Pro or the web interface.
