Unable to access settings

I just set up the amcrest 1080p tribrid 8 channel system.

I have some how managed to screw up the settings to where it will scroll through the different cameras. I am not able to get back into settings to change anything though. none of the buttons work on the front of the DVR. Not even power. The remote doesnt do anything either. Also only 2 of the 5 cameras work for some reason.

i called and was told to unplug and hold power button for 10 seconds for 5 or 6 times. This did not work to reset the system to factory specs. Anyone have any suggestions??

Hello Tripn88,

Please have a mouse connected to the DVR and see if you can login and control settings? If you can login go to settings > System > Restore factory settings and you can reset all settings to factory.

I have the SAME issue with the same system!! Can't do ANYTHING. Resetting doesn't work. Mouse won't even connect, so I can't login or reach any settings. Very disappointed.
