Hello all,
I'm having issues with my smart client. I'm trying to playback something that happened this morning so I can download it, but playback doesn't work. I set the start time and date and press play and within 2 seconds it stops, no video shown.
Second question: Is there a way to download a recording off of the NVR? Hypothetically, if I needed the video for say court evidence (not applicable here) how would I access it in a transportable way to put on a usb or something?

Totally forgot about this.
Its the 960H.
ALSO: Let me add that is it normal for the phone app to only work hour by hour? If I want to watch something that happened at 6:59AM I have to start at 6 and let it playback for 59 minutes before the moment in question. Is that normal?
