Hi,
I have the UPnP set up to access my system remotely. I am able to get to the web login page but the username and password I use locally isn't working remotely. I tried with the LAN and WAN option. Am I missing something?
Remote Access Login
Re: Remote Access Login
Hello ITGuy1024,
Are you trying this from your home network? Sometimes, the external address only works remotely. Also, the plug in might not be installed or enabled for the external IP address. If its asking you to allow plugin, you need to allow it.

Re: Remote Access Login
External network. Locally I can log in just fine with the IP address.
I'm trying to log in remotely with the amcrestddns.com address.
I did allow all the plugins that it prompted me for.

Hello,
Please ensure that the http and TCP ports are open on your network. For this go to www.canyouseeme.org from home network and enter the port number and test it. If the UPNP set up failed for any ports you might need to try setting up port forwarding manually. You cam also easiy access the cam with the serial number on the portal www.amcrestview.com

Still will not login.
Re: Remote Access Login
The p2psurveillance_3.01.001.0.exe file from amcrestview.com gives me an error saying it's corrupt or invalid.
Disabled antivirus and same thing.

Hello ITGuy1024 ,
When you get that message, if you have a link that says options, click on that and then click 'run anyway'.
