Power Consumption of IP2m-850EB

With all the capabilities of this camera (PTZ, IR, etc) it seems natural to expect the power requirements to be higher than other POE cameras. Does anyone know what the maximum power draw is for this camera? In other words, will a standard POE injector be adequate or is a POE+ injector required?

The camera is based on POE 802.3at standard. It can draw 13W normally and 23W (IR on).
