No recordings since 9/10

After the hurricane passed by on 9/11 I apparently haven't been getting any recordings from my camera. I can live view no problem. I needed footage because last night my ARLO caught some suspicious activity and 7 cars on my back alley got windows busted out and my amcrest FAILED to catch the crooks break into my neighbors two cars since my camera also covers their driveway.

I've rebooted the camera and not sure what to do. Memory card opens fine on my mac I opened a help ticket with amcrest and want either a replacement camera or a refund.

Lastly I ordered a wifi extender since from my bedroom in my town home connecting to the camera is spotty. Especially if it's raining.

I bought a wifi extender and that seems to help me connect to the camera. While connected I can see in storage that it does not see the SD card. Awesome.

Hello jmcfly64 ,

Please ensure that the SD card is detected in storage settings and set the storage schedule again. Ensure record option is enabled for motion detection.

Try formatting the card from the camera interface if it lets you and ensure that the card is properly inserted and it slots in perfectly.
