I have the IP2M-841B and there is an option to record to a NAS but there is no way to limit the recording size. It will record until the NAS is full. This makes no sense. That means I can only use my NAS for just this camera. I don't think so. I bought 4 Amcrest cameras for the NAS feature.
When will this feature be added?
Thank You
Jim

Re: NAS Disk Space
I was asking exactly the same question quite a while ago. I came to the conclusion that it was never going to happen and purchased an NVR (different make).

Re: NAS Disk Space
I've solved the problem by using the setting under System/AutoMaintain/Delete old files. With this option enabled, I now have a rolling 3 days worth of recordings on my NAS. That is with the parameter set to 2 days so presumably you can set this to whatever you choose adn the retention will be that figure +1. I haven't tried any other setting as this suits my needs.
