I have a IP4M-1041B, just out of the box.
I hooked up up and ran the setup app on my iphone. I gave it a new password, and my wifi info and all went well. I pulled the network cable and power cycled it. Then I was able to open the web interface for it, using the new password I set.
In the web interface I tried to set the IP to static, but it won't let me set it without setting the IPV6 DNS info. I have no idea what to set it for and can't find guidance. (please assist with this).
Second issue. I found a suggestion to use the IP Config Tool to set the static IP. I downloaded that and installed. I run it and it shows my camera fine but when I try to access the camera it says "incorrect username or password". I clicked the login button like the documentation says to and type my correct password and it repeats the incorrect password message. I've quadruple checked my password and it is correct. I've tried that password 5 or 6 times from the web interface and it works fine but I've tried it a dozen times from the IP config tool and it doesn't work. I've also tried to default admin/admin and that doesnt work. I've tried it on the default port in the dialogue (37777) and I've also tried typing in port 80--doesnt work. I've had 2 other people type the password just to make sure I'm not an idiot--doesnt work.
I can't find any additional documentation or any suggestion. Can I please get some guidance on how to login to the IP config tool with an out-of-the-box camera that's had nothing changed on it, and how to setup the DNS infor for IPV6.
Thanks!

Re: IPV6 DNS settings and cand login on IP Config Tool
Is this where you are entering the user/pass credentials for the camera? If so, it should log you in given the correct username and password for the camera. If not, you may need to revisit the initial camera setup or start from scratch again from a factory reset.
Re: IPV6 DNS settings and cand login on IP Config Tool
You need to enter DNS addresses for either IPv4 or IPv6. Use the dropdown to choose the one for your network. Your ISP may have its own servers. If not, the Google servers will work: 8.8.8.8 (primary) and 8.8.4.4 (secondary) for IPv4 and 2001:4860:4860::8888 (primary) and 2001:4860:4860::8844 (secondary) for IPv6.
IP Config is broken, IMO.
