Sadly the settings that another use may not be a good match for your use.

If your trying to keep your camera in Low light at night in color there is going to be some picture issues. Sadly i don't own one of them cameras so I am not sure what features it offers at this time... Some things that could be done. Is setup your camera to use Nighttime B/W with the Smart IR on. That will clean up that picture and bring in the dark areas with Smart IR light to give a better view.

There are things on some cameras and if they are offered in yours you might look at 2d and or 3d Noise Reduction, you might want to add WDR if your camera offers it, or HLC BLC under BLC modes. There cold be the need of change in WB or White Balance however i am not seeing that really.

Problem is with High MP cameras and low light is they need slower shutter speeds and a large aperture to let in loads of light. Problem with that could be the effect of Slow motion and that isn't Fun...

If it was my Camera I would go to Setup, Camera, Configuration, find BLC Modes and change to HLC and save see if that helps some. Problem with that is there are areas now that will be blacked out however the lite areas will be more clear. If your left side neighbor has a Motion light or if you have a motion light that hits the end of your driveway at the street that would be good when it comes on... If not that area would more then likely be blacked out

Other option as I was saying before I would turn this camera to B/W at night and use the IR to make your picture more to your liking..

Looking at the Specs of the Camera a litlte more it seems if i am looking at the right one... It is a Turret Camera with a 2.8mm lens on a Cmos 1/2.5" sensor.

So I don't know really why. I know that my camera is also a Turret, looks like yours however mine is a 2mp on a 1/3" Cmos with a 2.8mm lens and I am wondering with your Cmos chip being so much larger in MP count that the issue might be because of the size of chip and the ability to let the light in... I keep saying light because light is what causes the pictures. I know that mine offers a True D/N ir Cut filter. Yours has much better Night IR range where mine only does 100' where your night vision IR can go upto 164'...

However I thought I would show a few things here... This camera I am going to show in 2.8mm in color. This is a 2mp camera. I am also going to show you my normal view as well because it is really a 2.8mm x 12mm Motorized Varifocal camera a different way of saying zoom with manual focus lol.... I have not cleaned the lens on this camera for about 3 or 4 months so I wanted to offer some info of what can also help cause noise. I don't know why some of the pictures are in 720 and others are in 1080 but They are same camera same time for some reason my CMS software changed Res on me.
So there is a picture that shows when I was zooming back to where the camera goes you can see that there is some debris on the camera lens. So with image quality it will degrade some however you can see in the pictures you can't really tell the lens is dirty... I was able to get a Picture of a Cat in the first image right at the Start of my Drive. The people at the End of the pictures I had clear view of them while it is hard to tell in the photo because I guess when it was taken but they are carrying a bag the one on the right.. ALSO there is no Photo Editing. There are 2 sections showing this image and i wanted to show you why B/W at night without IR can be a good thing. Looking at the Picture zoomed at 2.8mm you can see in B/W there is a Speed sign but can't make it out. In the B/W zoomed in you can see only the Speed and make it out with the IR off when on the sign is washed out by the IR light... Also sadly this camera isn't as nice as one that would be from Amcrest and one reason I left the 2.8mm B/w pictures to show that the On and OFF of the IR when on in 2.8mm washes out the picture and that is because unlike an Amcrest IR camera this camera don't have Smart IR so it is 100% on

By the way to see the Speed sign you will have to right click the image with the IR off and zoomed in and then pick open image in new tab then click on the + to see it full screen... I am saying this because you might have enough light to have your IR off but in B/W mode to give you a better Picture.

Well I do have an idea of what I would use there.. sadly it isn't a 8MP camera it is only a 4MP camera... Then the question is do you have other cameras that are working the area? If no then this might not work either.. If yes then for me it would work.

Then someone might ask well wait why is a 4mp camera most costly then my 8MP camera I have now it can't be better! Issue is that is not always the case...

So for me.. This camera I am thinking about offers
1/3" 2.7mm to 13.5mm Motorized Focal.

So you do have a great picture daytime.. I have had some issues in the past with Great day not so great night pictures in the past. While I can't say the settings are going to make things work great for you.. I am just saying that it will clean up some of the picture however sadly it will take some away as well.

While it is little harder to see in my 2MP camera because of the lower MP however there is night time noise. I have had to make adjustments along the way to make it so. Then One of the things that I didn't always think about at the start is the effect of the day time video when making changes at night lol.... So one day I woke up to having a unusable daytime pictures so then I had to setup time periods. Then issue with that is I had to make changes when the seasons change it is like I can't get a Break lol... So then I just said forget it all and started installing more cameras to cover what the other ones might miss lol...

In your post below, the image looks like the camera IR Light is not turned on.

To turn IR light on, use the camera Web UI. Below is how to do it from your manual.
Be sure Smart IR is selected for day, night, and normal profiles there.
