Glad that your audio works, but yours looks like a completely different camera than what I am asking about.

I posted the current audio configuration of my camera because thats what the error message referenced, and Im hoping someone familiar with that model might see something im missing and suggest a course of action to correct the error.

EDIT: Also Before you read this and Bore your self to death.. For Kicks I seen your Sub Stream1 setting was not Enabled for Audio... Before reading any more of this.. Click to enable the Sub to be sure both are online... try your method of hearing AUDIO if not working yet then read... End Edit

How has it failed? No one can help you figure out what the problem is if you don't tell the problem...

It fails to support the current Audio Config?

Your Camera mounted or on your desk?

Mounted and can't hear it at your desk if you have someone that can go talk to it.. Click on the little Speaker on the upper right corner of the WebUi that looks like a Speaker with a X in front of it... Turn your TV up if your connected VIA HDMI... If over head phones make sure your head Phones is selected in your audio out for your setup or maybe you are trying to hear over your HDMI Tv then make sure your Audio out on your computer is set to HDMI...

When the X goes away the little Speaker will turn Light blue with 2 lines infront of speaker now... Input should have output on what ever you have your computer set to play sound at....

If that don't work. Then Bring up Amcrest View PRO on android down below once you have your camera there will be a line of things look for the Speaker with the X click it tap it or what ever you need to do to make it active... Make Audio on your PHONE or Tablet high enough now that your mobile you can go talk to your camera if mounted....

Or last thing that IT MIGHT BE... IF MAYBE There was an Issue with your Audio Input and able to be HACKED and might have been turned off in an UPDATE to make you as a Amcrest Client not unhappy that someone was able to hack your camera so Amcrest turned it off.. While I don't know that is what the issue is but Maybe contact Amcrest if nothing above works for you and they can tell you for sure what the issue is.. you can call them or Email them and someone will Reply ASAP...

I may have made the assumption that someone would recognize the "It fails to support current audio config" phrase, if it were a known issue.

Thanks. FWIW I do get audio from the camera via the HDMI output so the onus is apparently on browser performance.

I will say that if my only option for these cameras and NVR were Chrome, I would send them back.

I use Chrome and even with the Ad trackingI am cool with that.. I have nothing to hide and would rather have Google give me Ads that interest me in youtube rather then seeing Female products or something that I have no interest in... Plus I have loads of computers and like the fact that I can always see my history in any of the Computers...That link you have a link to talks about them logging into Chrome and so on yeah I like that I don't have to put in my password everytime I bring up Chrome.. If I had to I wouldn't be to happy...

Plus there is ability if I wanted to keep it to my own computer to go Incognito if I wanted too... It will be a sad day when they do away with Chrome.. I have used it since day one Trust it over any other one out there... But Each is there own..
Think working with Firefox and maybe Edge as well..
