Hello - I have hooked up a new 4mp POE bullet camera to a TP-Link TL-POE150S. The POE injector appears to be working correctly (light turns green when ethernet cable is connected). The camera doesn't do anything when I plug it in (no indicator lights, etc.) I can't connect to it using either a desktop app or the android app.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Hello richardparrker ,
To test if the camera is getting power, cover the camera lense area with your hands for 30 seconds. You should hear the Ir click and the light glow red. If it does not camera might not be receiving power. Try different Ethernet cable and port in the injector in that case.
If its getting power, you can check in the router to see if the device appears in the connected devices list. Try a hard reset on the camera as a last option if it does not work.
You need to open the front cover of the camera with the IR LED board and inside of the main board, on the top left, you can find two brass ports as seen in the image attached. Take a wire and join the two brass ports together for 30 seconds. This will reset the camera.
