IP3M-941 Not working through IP Cam Viewer Lite

IP3M-941 Not working through IP Cam Viewer Lite

Hello, hopefully someone will spot what I missed!

I have several cams on IP Cam Viewer Lite and they all work. I just got a new IP3M-941 and I added it to the app but it will not connect. If I change that new IP3M-941 camera object I just added to the type of camera IP2M-841 then it connects. So that verifies my ID/Password and my port number is correct. What have I missed?

Suggestions of anything I can try?

I do have a firewall and I've disabled that to test.

Hello Camhouse ,

Is the IP3M-941 a listed as model? So selecting IP2M-841 as model resolves the issue?
