I'm using 10 of these cameras for a large event early next month (they're great by the way, so much better than the cheapo knockoffs) and my original plan was to take the RTSP stream and convert to RTMP to be used and displayed through our custom system. I noticed that the RTSP stream has about 2 seconds of latency. However, the stream that displays in the Chrome Viewer app is just about instant (about 100ms or less). I really need this much faster stream to cut out as much latency as possible for our users to use the live feed as a view finder for taking snapshots. Is there anyway to access the TCP stream directly with VLC, FFMPEG or Nimble Stream server?
EDIT: Changed title to show correct device model.
IP2M-841B Most direct stream possible?

Hello sythic,
Its possible to get the MJPEG stream from the camera through a URl but I am not sure if you will get the quality you need. The http API is in the below link where it has this info.
