IE 11 Crashes on DVR Playback

I have a NV4108E and on two different computers running IE 11 under windows 10 the playback ALWAYS crashes. Live view works fine. I have added the site (amcrestddnns.com) to compatible view but that did not help. Is anyone else having this issue?

I also tried using Firefox version 45.0.1 and it seems to be working without crashing.

I came here looking for the same help as I have the same problem with both IE and Firefox version 45. I have Amcrest 720P Tribrid HDCVI 8CH 2TB DVR and every time I try to playback any of the recorded video, the page hangs up (Firefox is not responding) and the only way to get out of it is to hold power button down and restart. This is not only frustrating, it makes the playback feature useless. IE was working for a little bit but then it too hung up.

Everything on my computer is up to date and I have no problems with anything else.

I've been testing mine quite a bit and using the play back on Firefox v.45 freezes every time. IE v.11 seems to work 99% of the time but it did freeze up once yesterday.

Hoping amcrest will offer a solution to this.

It could be a computer specific issue. Have you tried the Amcrest Surveillance Pro software? Please try that and see how it works for you.

Seems to be working quite well with the pro version you gave in that link. First day I had a few quirks but seems to be ok since then. The browsers are still crashing, Firefox being the worst. Hoping this may be fixed in the future but at least I can use it.
