how do I reset camera to factory defaults

I was following directions on p.18 of the manual for how to set up for Remote Web Access using Port Forwarding. After I completed step 10 and moved to step 11, none of the ports were responding to http://www.canyouseeme.org

I tried pushing the camera's reset which changed the red light to green, but I cannot access the camera using either Amcrest Security Pro OF Amcrest IP Config OR the web-based camera access. (Live view is still available through my Android app and through Amcrest Cloud.)

It must have been the changes made to IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway, P)referred DNS and Alternate DNS, but now I can't find a way to revert to previous settings.

I am pretty sure that you have to hold the reset for 10 seconds to completely wipe your camera. It does not seem to erase updated firmware though.
