I have pro hd 1080 version works great, have it all set up with my presets but i was wondering how to get the camera to track movement. for example i have ptz presets going from far left across to far right ( much like reading a screen or book). I wanted to have the camera track whatever movement and follow it across the presets as needed.
Like if its pointing at a parking lot, vehicle enters far left by ptz 1 and track it as it moves across ptz 2 and 3 while recording video.
Is this at all possible or have I missed something simple? I read the manuals, poured over the settings and am stumped....

Hello plasmaecto ,
Apologize for the delayed response. Currently we do not have any camera systems that can do an auto motion tracking.

Damn, I must've struck a nerve. I don't work on the software for these cameras, I was just answering your question. Ship it back. I don't care.
No dude, it's not possible, what more do you want me to say?plasmaecto wrote:Is this at all possible or have I missed something simple?

I had a camera capable of doing this, it was $700+ and that was back in the mid '00's.
I never got it to work properly....
It's something these little cameras should be able to do, these days.
Amcrest should dev. something like that. Would be a neat feature.
