Help me.... plz... IP8M-T2499EW cannot be set up

I purchased the IP8M-T2499EW product from Amazon.
The switch is OK but I can't connect the IP camera.
I installed normally with memory card class 10.

I ordered and installed the same product from MicroCenter.
But it didn't work either.

I would definitely like to use this product ...

@kilsunim Hello and Welcome to the Forum

So I am going to ask some questions as I don't know by looking...

IS your router a router or a Modem? The box that you have from your ISP is it designed with 1 output or 4 or more output does it say Router or Modem on the bottom?

The switch you are using it is Manged or just a Switch?

I am going to guess by the looks of what I can see.. The Box from the ISP is a Modem and don't have DHCP and your camera and computer is looking for something to give them an IP address..

Or another issue could be that the Camera is a used device that someone has once setup already and turned off DHCP and setup a Static IP..

This is some ideas of what I think just by looking at the Pictures please help fill in what I don't know seeing i can touch or really see what is going on.. .

Hummm Also looking at your Pictures again.. is your Switch a POE switch or is the issue that your trying to use your camera without Power supply... If your Switch isn't a POE Switch you will need to have a Power Supply for your camera. I don't see any lights on the Switch where the camera is plugged in... So my guess is there is no power to the Camera..

12vdv 2amp power supply or POE will be needed to power the camera...

Installed as a POE switch. Will run fine.
