Cloud camera image is upside down

When I view my camera on the amcrest cloud live view, the image is upside sown. How to I flip the image displayed?

I am facing the same issue on both my Mac and Windows and the App on my tablet. The video is flipped upside down! This just started happening today.

Hello,
Please login to the camera using the IP config tool on a computer. Go to Set up > camera > Configuration. Go to the 'Flip' option and you can adjust the flip accordingly and save the change. It should fix the issue.
