Camera no longer works after factory reset
I bought a ip5m-b1186ew-28mm awhile ago, never really set it up (or didn't think I did). Last night I finally tried it over poe and got the web login for it. However, it refused to take the default credentials. I did a factory reset from the switch as according to the manual and now it won't show up on my network at all. I've also tried scanning the barcode with the mobile app and that didn't seem to connect either. I left it unplugged last night and tried again this morning, no luck. Tried different ports still nothing.

I guess only thing to try for now is to do another factory Reset. If there is a light that you can see and this light is red and or green I would hold the reset button until you see the light flash red 2 times. After the second flash let go of the reset button. Give it 2 min to reset and see if it can be found in your Router Pool and or if your IP Tools from Amcrest can locate the camera. Outside of that might need to make a ticket to have Amcrest Support tackle the issue.. Don't own that camera so can't say how the Reset should work but that is how most of my other Amcrest cameras do for a reset..
