Yesterday I bought Blue Iris through the Amcrest site for $45 at https://amcrest.com/blue-iris.html
My credit card got charged. I got a page that said:
"Thank you for submitting an order, we appreciate your business! I
your order was successful, you should be receiving an email with
order receipt immediately which will include your order number."
But I did NOT get any emails. I tried online chat but the person stopped responding immediately after he saw it was about my Blue Iris purchase.
Can someone from Amcrest please resolve this issue?

Usually an email is sent with the key as soon as the order is placed. The order confirmation mail itself has the key. If you have not received it, kindly email [email protected] and we will be glad to assist.
