Yesterday I bought Blue Iris through the Amcrest site for $45 at https://amcrest.com/blue-iris.html
My credit card got charged. I got a page that said:
"Thank you for submitting an order, we appreciate your business! I
your order was successful, you should be receiving an email with
order receipt immediately which will include your order number."
But I did NOT get any emails. I tried online chat but the person stopped responding immediately after he saw it was about my Blue Iris purchase.
Can someone from Amcrest please resolve this issue?
