Authentication failure trying to add AD110 to Synology Surveillance Station

As the subject says, I'm trying to add an AD110 to Surveillance Station on my Synology NAS. The AD110 is running firmware 1.000.00AC00A.0.R.230131. The Synology is running DSM 7.2.1-69057 with Surveillance Station 9.2.0-11289 with the latest device pack. I also have the Synology Surveillance Video Extension 1.0.0-0015 package installed. The Add Camera dialogs get to the screen below, and I click on Authenticate then put 'admin' as the user and use the device password I set when configuring the AD110 in the Amcrest Smart Home app. But I can't get past this screen.

Don't know maybe the AD110 is to old for the current SS.. If not then here is the data from 4 years ago about how to setup the AD110 to SS maybe this will help
