android app no longer keeps screen on
Re: android app no longer keeps screen on
still having this issue - app used to keep the phone awake when using live view.
now the android goes to sleep according to it's power scheme.
is there a way to adjust this or is there a place to download the previous version of the app?

Re: android app no longer keeps screen on
On my android device, View Pro with Version 4.1 2018-10-03 build date ignores the android display setting time limit and stays on.
Re: android app no longer keeps screen on
I have an Android Lenovo tablet and I’m running into this. It seems like sometimes the screen stays on but usually it turns off. Makes the app pretty useless.
Re: android app no longer keeps screen on
Sadly using 2019 and 2020 FW you will have the ability to view if your system will say online however if you move inside the app to say try and move the camera via PT if pan and tilt camera then you will need to log back in however viewing a Image on screen will keep a Static View online app.. I do like the ability to have my cameras in Setup be called away come back hour later and click on Live view and still be logged in with Older FW cameras.. It is a Pain when I forget I am on a new FW camera and I have to log back in again.. Kind of same working in side my Router, after so long without activity I have to log in again..
One last thing I don't like about the NEW FW on cameras is that my NVR has loads of Camera log in and log out because of this in Logs Where before there was not so much of that in the logs...
Case N Point from my Syslogs
•(143 times) "LogOut"\0x0A{\0x0A "Address" : "10.0.0.222"\0x0A}
•(143 times) "LogIn"\0x0A{\0x0A "Address" : "10.0.0.222",\0x0A "Type" : "DVRIP"\0x0A}
