Amcrest View Pro lags/slow

I am using Amcrest View Pro mobile app with my 720p cameras. If I am in the house looking at the camera with the mobile app everything is fine...all motion is normal and I can pan/zoom/tilt. Once I leave the house and go somewhere else the live feed view is slow and lags and pan/zoom/tilt takes forever to move. Are there some settings I need to adjust? I am new to the whole process. Also, the date and time stamp has disappeared from one of my three cameras. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Hello caseyannie13,

The reason for the lag can be the limitation of your upload bandwidth. What matters also is the cellular network speed at different places. One setting you could check is the video stream under the configuration center of the app. Make sure the stream is set to 'Extra'. As for date and time-stamp, you will need to login to the camera web interface from a computer and update it under overlay settings.
