Amcrest 960h password problem

Hi everyone

Hi, I hope anybody can help me. I have a amcrest 960H 8 cameras system, worked well a few weeks to ecepcion system notification by email, I never set properly. While I was trying to set, I had the bad idea (I think) to put the factory settings, I returned to start the process as the first time and put the same password and everything else the same, the only thing that put different was the device name (I put HVR as manufactured) when I restart the VCR tells me all the time that the password is incorrect even though I put the same as ever, I never set up any other. another thing that caught my attention was that after the factory settings put the cameras did not work. What can I do? trying to use the forgotten password option tells me to use a Super Password, but I really do not know how to use it.

We provide the super password and its only valid for like 15 mins from the time of issuing it. So you need to contact our support to get the super password and we can also make sure that the cameras are back and working.
