1080P Light stays red.
New 1080p HD camera does not set up. Also App will never connect to my WiFi network. All other devices connect to WiFi so I know I have good WiFi signal.

Do you have a dual router? That can result in connectivity problems. If you can call tech support, they should be able to help you get set up. When I've called, they always want to connect remotely to my computer, but I won't let them (or anyone), and they've been able to help me anyway.

I think you need to re-add the camera. This time, unplug and when the camera cycles, hold the red button in until you hear a click . It should recycle again. When it starts to cycle start the add process, i.e., Name, code, password (admin), Next, by now the light should be blinking green . Enter your wifi password>Next. wait and once it connects, you will be prompted to change the camera password from admin to one of your choosing (should be the same as your other cameras if you have others). Once you hit next, select Live View. You should be OK.

SAME PROBLEM. DOES NOT SHOW UP ON IPCONFIG nor connect to my wifi.
I /should not\ have to call TECH SUPPORT every time this camera goes off.
