Just launched the old View Pro app and was prompted to update to View Pro 2. Was able to get it configured but now when trying to use it to view live feeds of my 12 cameras, I get an error message that states "Insufficient memory on the mobile phone. Please switch to sub stream to play videos"
My phone is the Pixel 8 Pro with 12GB of RAM.
Viewing RAM usage while running the app I can see that View Pro 2 is using 331MB and I have a total of 5.9GB still free.
View Pro 2 is up-to-date according to Google Play Store: 1.04.000 Build Date 2024.06.18
Android is up-to-date: Android 15 - November 5, 2024 Security Update (15 AP3A.241105.007)
Phone is stock and runs minimal apps. Tried restarting phone and closing all active apps.
Any ideas why I'm getting this error message?
