Always Turn Off Camera, Before Installing an SD Card...

I went to install a micro SD card in my wireless Smart Home camera.
I was going to turn the power off, but forgot.
Well, it really messed the camera up bad.
I turned the camera off, took the card out, and turned it back on, in hopes it would reset itself, NOPE!
I then tried to reset the camera, and that didn't work either.
So, I had to order another camera.
Lesson learned.
It's funny, because when I plugged the card in my desktop, to see if the card was messed up as well, it had recorded a couple clips, of me installing the card, LOL!
But then something happened, because there were some corrupted files, and my desktop had to run a (Fix Drive) routine.
Thankfully, I was able to format and dix it.
