Because my iP camera won’t work with smart home app, I am using view pro but have been unable to learn how to add users.

First, Not sure where the issues is? What Device are you trying to add users to? Smart Home Device? Or normal Camera or DVR/NVR?

Thanks for the heads up and I don't always make Videos.. Normally I have no issue with Detailed Instructions with how to do something.. For some people it is Easier Visual..
So to answer your Question seeing you don't want to answer mine.. I will only be able to GIVE YOU GENERAL IDEA because you won't tell me what your Working with...
Log into your Device (Camera or DVR/NVR) Go to Setup menu and then Click on System, Manage Users... Then you will want to make your Users that you want to give access and then you will want to setup what options that user has.. If you want them to be Admin then make them a admin... 1 thing to think about seeing again you don't want to say what your working with... IF you give them ADMIN on a NVR or DVR that has v4 FW aka from 2019 or 2020 doing so will give them the ability to turn off your device by remote.. This is only a issue for a few of the models because when they are turned off they are still online to Remote access but don't record on others it will turn them off all together... There is a way to remove other admins from the ability to turn off the recorder...
