This device has been working for the past ~2 yrs and just the other day the app said it was offline. I see that the blue light on the doorbell is no longer visible. I checked the supply power down at the transformer and it's fine - just below 18V.
Is there anything else I can try before removing the doorbell? Hard reset or anything else?

I would try a reset
However I would check voltage at chime. Maybe there is a broken wire between transformer and camera.

Thanks Revo2 but after troubleshooting the unit just died. Replaced it and the new one is working fine whereas the old one wouldn't power on.
I looked back and this unit was just over 3 yrs old. I'll see how long this new one lasts but I would hope for much more than 3 years. This event has shaken my faith in Amcrest if their products don't last.
