I have new AMCREST NV4116. As far I can tell,access to the device is via GOOGLE which uses a App or Internet Explorer 11 with plugins. I am having trouble doing a REVIEW. There is no FAST FORD and the selection, when chosen, places beginning exactly 1 hour before what I want to review. I know this may not make sense, but I was hoping there may be an actual Program I can install on WIN 10 that would function properly. Please let me know.
