Foscam FI9821W how best to access via Windows 10

Couple of questions.

I have a Foscam FI9821W that you can see in action at

Since having a new laptop I can not access the Camera as it's the same old plugin issue - what is the best way now, if any to access the camera through a browser on Windows 10 luckily I can still access through the App.

And another question I am using the Generic Browser Interface developed by the UberOverLord and all of a sudden the pan tlt and position buttons stopped working - which I think might be related to the JS code file being used http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.js

Is there a work around this and or is the UberOverLord still an admin here etc

You should still be able to access it using good old internet explorer. In fact I think that's the only way since it uses an ActiveX plugin. I don't think there's any newer way to access it outside of maybe using Amcrest Cloud and linking the camera.
