My camera was setup correctly and I can still view it remotely.
However as of the last few days the camera will not rotate to the right. In fact when I hit the right control arrow it actually goes to the left. Up & down are fine, as is the left arrow. This happens in browser & on my mobile device.
I done a factory reset but to no avail.

This one has me stumped, any help greatly appreciated.

Please try hard resetting the camera. You can do this by pressing the green light button on the back of the camera for 15 seconds. The green light will then turn red and the camera will start to pan and tilt after a couple of seconds. After reset you have to setup the camera right from the beginning. A hard reset should fix most of the issues.

Already tried that, did not work.

Did I buy a dud?
