So I misspoke. It happens when the cameras are rebooted.

So I am not sure what is going on really. Now your first picture is what would show on my Phone app when my NVR gets to a channel that isn't loaded. Now your last picture shows 2 other cameras that were logged in? Do they auto log in or is that because you have already logged them in? Do you have your system setup to hide any of the cameras on a reboot or is it setup to where it should load all the cameras? On the picture below is any of your cameras un checked? IF it is then there might be a security part of your NVR that would require it to connect each time..

I know it might not be something you desire, However if you are able, Could you take cable from port 1 and port 2 and swap them and see if the camera issues move to the port 2 or if the camera issue is related to port 1 only? I have never seen that issue where the camera isn't saved to the NVR's Setup pool after being added. Again I personally don't own a A2, but none of my other devices act that way. Not even my Amcrest 4216e-AI NVR. Again could be something in the security settings for the NVR or maybe even the camera. Just seems odd to me.

The other cameras were not rebooted so they were still logged in.

I don't see any security settings for the cameras.

Yes that is why in another post I said your NVR being newer then my HS of the picture above might have a Security pages on the Main Menu page. It might look something like this. Mind you this isn't an Amcrest AI but is same format and might be laid out like yours on this page you can see at the bottom of Main Menu I have a Security and in there I have many different things that can be done and that might be where you info for what or who can see what. Again not heard of a camera rebooting needing to be turned on after the cameras reboot. Most of my systems I have setup to Reboot NVR at 12 mid night because I have a display of what happens that resets at midnight Then so my system don't over load I have my cameras reboot every night 2 at a time starting at 1am and the ones I want rebooted will reboot every hour 2 at a time until they are all done and not one of them do I have to log back into. The NVR and Cameras Auto Log. THere has to be a setting on your NVR that makes it do this.. I can't find it in the Manual so I can't point to the issue.. 2nd picture is what I am talking about what resets every night at midnight on my Amcrest AI recorders. First picture is where I think your Security info could be on your NVR This picture is just a Dahua AI layout that I think your NVR might be based on.

Any chance these cameras are actually on an external switch?

No security settings to be found. No tabs or sub menus.

They are direct into the NVR.

Here is the manual for my NVR. At least a generic manual for a line.

https://support.amcrest.com/hc/en-us/ar ... V4108E-A2-

It seems like there SHOULD be a security tab. But I don't see it anywhere.

These are my options in my NVR.

Yeah I see the image for POE connected camera on your port 1. I would personally do a Factory Reset of the 1179 and see if that can help it. However it sounds like it is NVR related as you showed a picture of Port1 so if it does the same thing on all cameras on your NVR that are connected then that might not be the issue.. Please maybe try this..

Log into the system, With all your cameras connected and on the system showing correct.

Then go to the NVR's GUI, or you can do this on the WebUI, However go to the Main Menu, Account, click the Modify on the admin account, Then click on Change Password, Then make that change, (Even making the change to the same Password that you already using) once you have it entered and apply it will ask if you want to send that data to your cameras you want to say apply or yes and once you do that it should pop up a little window with all your cameras names or port #'s and show that it worked or failed. If all of them worked this should make your system and cameras have the same password and my guess should cure any issue with Log in. However as I said if you have it setup to make each log in need a password then it will have to enter a password each time. I don't know that the NVR has such a feature but is only thing I can guess that is going on. I have a log of systems and I know that I have one that requires me to enter a passcode after so many log ins to make sure that I am able to see the cameras footage but that system is setup with a Dual Auth feature and something that has to be done on WebUI about every 10 log in's so it might be that yours is setup with something like that. However I can't find it in the NVR's Manual, Not saying it isn't there just not on paper that I can find...
