Ok. Finally got rtsp working now. It was part of the IP address conflict. I temporality disabled the other device to test and now it is working
However....
I can't change the other devices IP address (don't have permission to), so I need to change the Amcrest from DHCP to Static and set it's IP address
BUT, I get 'Null Not Allowed' whenever I try to do that. And I can't even select 'Wireless' as the Ethernet Card in Network->TCP/IP
That's another topic, so I'll start a new thread.

I am having the exact same problem as you. Same camera, same firmware, started around the same time.
I can access the camera no problem through the wired connection. But I cannot access RTSP through wifi, nor can I log in to the web interface through the wifi ip.
How did you get your RTSP to work?
