Have any firmware updates been released for the AD410?
My firmware is 1.000.0000000.7.R.221220

Edit:
I have two AD410's. My second AD410 firmware is 1.000.00AC006.0.R.200922

Think the number if the first one is little wrong. Last known good FW for AD410 is 210220 as the way you have it listed now it would be that there was a FW for theAD410 in Dec 2022.

Maybe an issue with SH server if you send a Ticket for your device if they have a new one to offer they can get you a link for the package until the Server is back online..

I opened a ticket. I'll post any updates.

I received an updated firmware file by email and it corrected the problem.

What was the latest firmware? Can you forward me this?

if it wasn't already obvious that the SmartHome app notification of new firmware updates is currently non-functional, I now have confirmation from Amcrest Support this is the case. I was told "the higher level team is working on it".

They also confirmed you have to contact support for the updated firmware in which case they send you an email with a link to a website (FOSCAMhelp.zendesk.com) to download it. (What! - Foscam?) The email also includes a link to download the config tool app to upload the firmware to the doorbell.

Lastly, Amcrest Support has no release notes to provide for these firmware updates. That really is a terrible omission. You will have no idea what if any important security patches were made, what bugs were fixed or any other improvements. My doorbells are both working fine with older 2021 firmware, so I am not inclined to update them blindly.

Latest (as of 8/1/2022) versions support sent:
AD110 - 210422 (2021 Apr 22)
AD410 - 210610 (2021 Jun 10)

The OP posted a 221210 version his AD410 doorbell shipped with but that was likely a typo - yet to be confirmed by @JustAutomateIt

Whoa - How about that! Just now got a notice in the SmartHome app to install the AD110 firmware! It is version 210422 same as what support emailed me earlier.

As expected, no release notes were provided with this update, but I did discover that the Wide Dynamic Range option was restored for the AD110 in the SmartHome app. This includes being able to set a range, which still isn't possible for the AD410 via the app (only by API). I wasn't able to discover any other obvious changes.

i think we can expect an update notice for the AD410 soon.

Same here.... got the notification.... but since everything is working great and no release notes I am going to skip this update.

I also have an AD410 - the firmware version in mine is listed as:

Eng-N_V1.000.0000000.7.R.20210220.

From the date - I assume that means it was released on February 20th, 2021?

Strange that there hasn't been any updates in the last 2 years.

Does anybody know if there's a more recent version of the firmware available, either via Amcrest support, or elsewhere?
