AD410 keeps disconnecting

Hi all

Have had an AD410 for a couple of months. Worked great for the first few weeks but now I’m getting a random disconnect after 7-10 days. It goes completely offline, no response from the doorbell locally itself.

It has a strong WiFi signal at its location. I would think if WiFi were at issue, it would try to reconnect at some point, no? I’m thinking the fact that the doorbell stops working locally implies something other than WiFi?

Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Do you have some new from support?
