PC-NVR

I have been successfully using the Amcrest Surviellence Pro and PC-NVR for a couple of weeks. However, I need to add a camera to the PC-NVR and when I try to open PC-NVR the status just says logging in and it never shows me the remote devices tab. I can view recordings and I can remotely connect to the NVR from another computer to view the cameras, however, I can no longer edit or add cameras on the main computer. Any suggestions?

Hello tommcmur,

Not sure what is causing this issue. Right click on the software and click on run as administrator to see if that fixes the issue. If that does not work, you may have to try re-installing the surveillance Pro.

Thanks, I actually uninstalled the NVR and reinstalled it and that worked. Kind of a pain because I have to reset everything.
