None of my Cameras Record
Re: None of my Cameras Record
So it's hard to say, can be that the 2 devices getting wifi on weak signal might make it so it don't play well, did you try to gain access looking for the hot spot manually? Once you get to that point in the setup, bring up your wifi area and look for an ASH device. Might have the SN as the Hotspot, click it and once it picks up should be able to keep going with the setup.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
Yes, I have gone to the WIFI list of available connections. The hotspot fails to connect. The other connections in my house all connect to my tablet with no problems. I just tried to connect from my living room where I have had success in the past. The hotspot doesn't even show up in the list of WFI options. It does show up in the basement work bench which is much closer to the ASH. So, I guess the ASH WIFI is almost gone.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
This thing is driving me nuts! Just for kicks I took the ASH down and put it on my basement work bench. The hotspot connected to my tablet which was about 4 inches away, and I was able to finish the setup and connect it to the AP which is about 4 feet away. The NVR status button is red. I guess the ASH WIFI is too weak to connect to the NVR which is about 15 feet away. Anyway, I have contacted Amcrest support, and they have given me an RMA. I think it is out of warranty but maybe they will do a repair. On another topic, I have been experimenting with playback video on the NVR. It works just fine with all of my other cameras, including the AD110. One question, is there a way to speed up the video? Maybe 16X?

Re: None of my Cameras Record
FF 16x using WebUi or GUI of the NVR. It is the double right looking button. Press it until it takes you to 16x then hit the one with the single right broken looking button to slow down..

Re: None of my Cameras Record
I don't see any double right looking button.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
If your edge offers IE tab it is best to use IE tab for best results.. If you don't have it on your Browser top page like I have it might be that it was never used and will be added after it has been enabled.. From your view in the picture, Click the 3 dots on the right then settings and then Default Brower, then in there don't enable the browser to be default if you don't have it already in use as such.. You are looking at the box below to add in the IP of your NVR or Cameras that might be connected to your Local network.. See picture below right click open in new tab to see the picture full sized..

Re: None of my Cameras Record
As you can see here in my Edge, using IE mode I have the extras that are not in Chrome or Edge normal..

Re: None of my Cameras Record
When I get to the page that looks like yours with the additional left, right play buttons, there are no cameras in the play list. All of the cameras are in the device list in Management>Camera. etc.

Re: None of my Cameras Record
Couple of things, First did you DL and install the Plug-ins. It will ask, If you do most times will make you close the browser and open again so they can take affect, If you didn't I would do that to see if that cures the issues..

Re: None of my Cameras Record
Yes, I think there were two plug-ins to download with the usual warnings from Microsoft. Everything seemed to go with no issues. Playback mode had the extra buttons for playback. But no cameras showed up in the play list. I then deleted the 4108 IP and the Playback screen returned to no extra play buttons with my cameras all there. Now here is the kicker. On that laptop when I try to login to the Amcrest Forum, it takes me to a nonsense blank screen. The address at the top says "extension" and a long line of characters. So, on that laptop I cannot login to the forum. I don't see that extension anywhere to delete it. Any suggestions?
