DVR Web Access no longer accessible via browser

Hello.

I have an issue I can not resolve. I can't log onto DVR web access by any browser. It worked a few days ago, but now when I logon, or attempt to, the login page keeps asking me to install the plugin. The plugin is installed. This also goes for the P2P way of logging in. Please help.

Is this related to Firefox ending support for npapi? Are there non-npapi plugins available for use?

If you are using IE, be sure ActiveX filtering is turned off. Look at the far right of the address bar, and the circle with a slash. Turn off all filtering (you are only doing it for the current website).

Don't have IE since Windows 10 came out. And Edge does the same thing.
