NV4108 no sound with 841 cams

Hello

Read a lot of the issue there is no sound with 841 cameras.
I have 5 841 cameras and the NVR NV4108. I cannot hear sound if I connect remote to nvr and show cams.
Using video output of NVR I don't have sound. Do I have to connect chinch connector a part of the monitor connector?
Directly connecting to cam I hear the sound.
I want to record with sound how can I do that?
And of course coping video I want the sound.
Now I o backup from NVR to usb and there is no sound ....

Hello tkmbe99,

How are the cameras connected to the NVR? Are they on wifi or hardwired to the NVR? Under the settings for NVR, go to camera > audio/video and ensure that audio is enabled and it should enable audio for recording.
