Same here. This is what happens when camera providers force you to use their servers.

Anyone else think their server has been hacked and that we're in for the long haul until they can fix their security issue? Hard to believe it would take this long to fix otherswise. Maybe Santa's elves can help out tonight and get things fixed.....

On my Samsung (android) didn't see any Amcrest smart home updates in play store. I deleted and reinstalled the app and signed in and wa la, all is working again.

Pixel 7a. I deleted the app & installed from the app store. It is working for me now as well.

Yes, I also just deleted the app and installed again. It works. I saw the date of the new version is 12/23, that means they just released a fixed version yesterday.

Iphone IOS app still isnt working for me on any my devices. I've reported this numerous times and support keeps replying with "Please install updated Android app" The problem is I am referring to IOS, i dont own any android devices. It's like Support isnt even reading my emails and just sending a generic response.

Has anyone else submitted a ticket for the IOS issues?

I have spent thousands of dollars on Amcrest smart home products over the years and this is really causing me alot of problem. All the systems I have suggested for friends and family are now text me saying they can't access the cameras on IOS which puts me in the middle of the issue.

Amcrest tech support doesn’t know the difference between android and Apple IOS. The Apple app was last updated 10 months ago. (Wtf?)
