AD410 not ringing the doorbell…

Hi, I replaced a Laview video doorbell with an Amcrest AD410 (and chime kit). Everything seems to be working except when I ring the doorbell, the indoor mechanical chimes don’t ring. (The doorbell rang fine with the old doorbell).
This is not my house, so I don’t know anything about the transformer.
I will check the transformer…. But what else can I do to troubleshoot? Any idea what the issue is?

Same thing happened to my ad110 I had to go into the app settings > Amcrest Chimes > +Link Digital\Mechanical Chime > select Mechanical Chime.

Mine was defaulted to digital chime and once I changed it my 30 year old door bell chime started to ring when I pressed the ad110 button.
