How are you supposed to watch recorded events on the ProHD 1080P? It doesn't work on the app or the IP Config program.

The play back from the app or web interface will only work if its recording to the SD card of the camera. On the app, you need to go to the play back option and then click the + button. Select the 'From' date and time and the 'To' date and time and also select the camera and click search. it should show the time line with green bars on recorded videos.
