Should I be seeing a list of presets that are set under the add/delete buttons? It's unbelievable that I have set presets (and they're working) but I have to go from memory to input the preset number and then click "go to". Unintuitive is a serious understatement. The presets need to be able to be custom labelled and then should be listed or at least a drop-down box provide to select the preset to go to. Being new to the IP camera world and Amcrest, there is a lot of room for improvement to make the use more intuitive.

Well, it's been FIVE months since this issue was first posted in this thread.
There has not been a firmware update since the start of the year.
I would assume that Amcrest simply isn't interested in any fixes....

Thanks for the post, if you understand it's simple, if you don't understand it sucks. It been two days trying to make presets work. I knew they were set because Live Cam Pro was working
