@TonyCable Hello and Welcome to the Forum

Sadly this is a Wide Spread and maybe related to more then just Amcrest but yes Smart Home Server seems to be offline or rejecting connections...

Hello @micmack Welcome to the Forum

Have you tried to power Cycle your camera? I personally didn't have to but if you have power cycled your Doorbell camera and still not able to connect I will pass it along to Amcrest as there might be a larger issue then just adding more bandwidth to the server...

@Revo2Maxx Is this new information you received from Amcrest?

"Bandwidth" really? That was the cause of the outage?

I have 2 cameras, a doorbell and an ASH21-B. Restarted both and still cannot login. It is a problem with the Smart Home app, as Blue Iris is fine.

Strange all is back up for my cameras.. hate to ask but have you removed them from BI and tried to connect via the app after. Had another person mention last week or few ago had issues removed from BI problem went away... Just an idea

I also have them in Amcrest View Pro and they are working. Doesn't add up to anything but that Smart Home app.
