Camera pixilating

Camera pixilating

Recently one of my 842 outside cameras started pixilating. At night its really bad, during the day it looks like its flashing. I'm thinking the fix is to disconnect it and format it....AGAIN My camera strength is 70%. :x Any suggestions?

Resolved... The video settings somehow got changed.
