Hello akino,
Please go to the settings for the DVR > Alarm > Motion. Select the channel that does not record. Make sure that the "enable' box is checked. Also check the 'Schedule' to see if its set properly for the channel. Under 'Action' make sure that the channel is selected.

Yes, it is enabled, and schedule is fine

Hello,
Also, Under 'Action' make sure that the channel is selected for recording. Save the changes once you make any adjustment.

Very strange, it started working on its own...
Re: Motion detect quit on 1 camera other 3 ok on 960h
Now it quit working again.
All settings are normal, the motion detect on this one camera is intermittent.
Bad camera?
Thanks

Not sure if you are using a DVR/NVR. I have an NVR with 4 cameras and have had the same problem. In my experience it seems the camera and the NVR settings get out of sync. I have fixed it by changing some settings in the NVR, saving, then changing back. Then rebooting both the camera and the NVR. Best of luck.

So to help troubleshoot, I swapped Camera 1 (this is the one that isnt motion detecting) with Camera 4.
The problem did NOT move with the camera, so it doesn't seem to be a Camera Issue.
I rebooted everything, but still no help. That Camera 1 circuit isnt motion detecting, or recording to disk...
