Hi,
Can anyone recommend a 24v chime they have successfully installed that works with the chime kit?

@alex2504, since you have also posted a separate question regarding wireless chime, you might want to consider this 24v transformer so you don't have to splice any wire, https://www.amazon.com/OhmKat-Professio ... B07KQH5GXL
Re: Smart Doorbell 24v Chime
I am not sure no matter what the ad says might want to think about the VA that is only 20va and that is less then 1amp at 24vac so I am not sure that PSU would be big enough
Remember when figuring this out Watts=Amps X Volts and where watts is sames as VA for the Ac Power Supply
At 1amp my guess isn't enough to power a Doorbell camera with IR on at night 1amp would be 24va and this one in the ad is for a 20va.. Also then you have to look at the Voltage Drop over Distance. This having 30 feet of wire 20va by the time this gets to something to power will be more likely around 18 or 19va I don't want someone to buy something that will make them have to wait longer for a working doorbell...
Power Supply can always be larger then needed because Doorbell will only take what it needs.. To small won't work at all...

whichever transformer @alex2504 gets, it needs to have enough power for the ad110 doorbell and the wireless chime transmitter. https://www.amazon.com/OhmKat-Wireless- ... B07L9JHY5H
the wireless transmitter is wired between the transformer and the doorbell. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDOJ-5JTni8&t

That is awesome amcrest168 I like the OhmKat Wireless doorbell system... For people that are thinking about replacement of their doorbell that would be awesome for Ease Of Install.. Just keep in mind that the Transmitter don't require much power to send to the DOORBELL because the Doorbell has it own power supply when it is plugged into the wall... So that is good. Just wanted it known that the 20va PSU might not be large enough... But the doorbell they have looks cool...

the ohmkat wireless chime should work with the amcrest ad110 doorbell. the ohmkat wireless chime is universal.
