p2p offline, not working on android devices

p2p offline, not working on android devices

I have the 720p 4 ch hd-cvi system. the cameras will not load on the android app. they worked 8f yesterday. when I click the p2p setup it says thats its enabled but offline. ive check the internet cord and everything is plugged in. the wifi for the rest of the house is fine. ive made sure that the tcp/ip setting is on dhcp and ive saved the change and restarted the system and still nothing. I have a crazy neighbor and need to be able to look at my cameras when im not at home. please help

Hello kayceei ,

If the p2p shows offline probably the system is unable to connect to the server. In this case, the best thing to do is to setup port forwarding and add the camera on the app using IP/Domain method. Please take a look at the below tutorial on port forwarding DVR. Please contact support if you are still facing issues.

I had this problem on three of my four cameras. I factory reset my three cameras that were offline and then set them back up using my laptop. They p2p is now online and working.
